In 2016, the Fountain Urban Renewal Authority joined forces with the land ownership, IRG, and 3rd party business consultant, EM-TEK, to put forth a fulfillment mission for the 362,291 SF Fountain Business Park manufacturing facility. The site is rich in history with its former users, which included Data General/Apple/SCI.

This strategic team has sketched a vision for the property, that works off the premise of manufacturing as the foundational link among multiple users of the site, which includes 362,291 SF two-story building and an adjacent 48.62 acres of raw land for future expansion.
