
Woodman Hall is part of the El Paso County Enterprise Zone Contribution Project Program (EZ-CCP), which helps to create a positive environment that will attract and expand business and retain employees within the County's Enterprise Zone. The Woodman Hall property was awarded designation by State and County in January 2024.
Effective 2025-2030, FURA is seeking charitable donor contributions to help us complete critical interior and exterior infrastructure improvements to a century-old building on behalf of historic adaptive reuse, small business tenant fulfillment, and catalytic revitalization.

Tax Credit Criteria
The Enterprise Zone tax credit lets you receive up to a 25% credit on your State of Colorado taxes when you give to a the Woodman Hall Adaptive ReUse mission. All donor contributions of a minimum of $250 or higher are eligible to receive the tax credit, as recorded by El Paso County. Eligible contributions shall be monetary or in-kind services or material supplies as contributions towards the Woodman Hall Adaptive ReUse mission, in support of small businesses entry in the Olde Town district.

Our equity-capital campaign has a goal of $1.6M over a 5-Year duration with the State and County designation. Our donors are pivotal to achieving this goal and shall be recognized for generations to come with a pride of recognition onsite at the circa 1905, Woodman Hall property. Donor recognition criteria tiers are as follows:

- BRONZE = $250 to $999
- includes a proclamation onsite for patrons to recognize our valuable donors family
- SILVER = $1,000-$4,999
- includes STAR designations within a proclamation onsite for patrons to recognize our premier valuable donors family
- GOLD = $5,000-$9,999
- includes BRICK ENGRAVING embossed on the north "patio" wall of the building to recognize our valuable donors family
- PLATINUM = $10,000+
- includes a LARGE BRICK ENGRAVING embossed on the north "patio" wall of the building to recognize our premier valuable donors family
Contribution EXAMPLE
By donating to our mission, you will receive a 25% tax credit on your Colorado state income taxes (if a monetary contribution) or 12.5% tax credit (if an in-kind contribution) above and beyond the standard state and federal tax deductions, that's more money back in your pocket and helping the local community!
